Shell Kepler, best known for her role as nurse Amy Vining on General Hospital, has died at age 46 due to renal failure.  Shell acted in the daytime drama for more than 20 years, then moved to Portland, Oregon and worked in charity fund-raising.  The medial examiner has determined her cause of death to be renal failure.  Click below for more photos of Shell!
